This means that even if we believe not to be suitable for your project, we’ll let you know from the get-go. This way, both parties know what to expect from each other, thus we can start-off strong.
After the orientation phase, we like to dig deeper into your wishes and ideas. We like to think together with you, in putting together the desired end result; content, look-and-feel, controlling, etc. Afterwards, we’ll translate these creative ideas to a technical, tailor-made solution for which we will develop new products if needed.

We make concrete plans in terms of SLA’s, innovations, in relation to content, maintenance contracts, etc. This will be tailored to your wishes and our capabilities.

This way, the actual installation on location will be executed faster. We don’t just prepare all materials, but also the people in all concerned teams, and the overall processes. We train the installers who will have to work with our products, we create a connection scheme, we ensure all paperwork is done, we execute an export control, contacts, and we ensure the needed grant applications have been filled in and have been approved.
We guide the installation with active support from the installers or we do the installations ourselves. We test the different components often throughout the installation. This way we can ensure no errors appear in the installation phase. We also work on the content in this phase and we ensure that this can be achieved. Once everything has been set-up, we perform a final inspection and we set-up the entire system. We also perform updates on the installation schemes and we archive the content and the program.
Even after we’ve completed the project, we offer the needed service to stay involved in the project. In the continuity phase, we already discussed the maintenance contracts, online monitoring options and content updates. In this phase, all these arrangements will be put in action. If there are unexpected errors during the installation, then we would have made sure these errors are resolved. If after a while a new program needs to be added, we would be happy to assist with this as well. Not only because this makes the work easier for you, but also because this is the last piece of the puzzle to ensure top quality service for each project we deliver.
